In the last months, we have already started to implement a hybrid format to our meetings. After opening the windows of the Global Home during our Retreat and World Council last year, we want this hybrid Retreat and Campus to follow these trends and to make all our online and in-person participants feel at home!

This is why we would like to share with you some indications to consider before the meetings.

Registration

If you have not done so already, we invite you to register by filling in the registration form by 10 February, whether you will participate online or in-person.

In-person participation

Please also find an information note for in-person participants, as well as some very important information if you are coming from outside of Spain.

Online participation

The way we meet is evolving. We have prepared an information note for online participants, to guide you through the different virtual sessions of the Annual Retreat. As usual, we count on your active participation: please do not hesitate to use the “raise your hand” option during the sessions. The moderators will try to accommodate as many interventions as possible. As all the hybrid sessions will take place via Zoom, we highly recommend to ensure you have the most recent version of the app downloaded (tutorial here).
