Logistics

In the last months, we have already started to implement a hybrid format to our meetings. After opening the windows of the Global Home during our World Council and Retreat over the last few months, we want this hybrid Executive Bureau to follow these trends and to make all our online and in-person participants feel at home!

This is why we would like to share with you some indications to consider before the meetings.

Registration

Please note that registrations were open until 8 June. If you are planning to attend in-person and have not registered, we invite you to write to UCLGExBu@uclg.org as soon as possible, and we recommend you to arrive at FIBES in advance to process your accreditation.

In-person participation

Please also find an information note for in-person participants, with further details about the venue, the accreditation to the Palacio de Congresos (Fibes), as well as other logistical information. You will find here a list of hotels recommended by the 2022 Executive Bureau hosts in Seville.

🚍 Shuttle schedules: From 13-15 June, there will be two buses taking the UCLG participants from Sevilla City Center (Calle Reyes Católicos, 1) in the morning, and back to the City Center at the end of the meetings.

- Monday 13 June:

• From Fibes: Bus 1&2 🚍🚍 20:30

- Tuesday 14 June:

• From City Center: Bus 1 : 🚍 8:00 / Bus 2 : 🚍 9:00

Online participation

As usual, we count on your active participation: please do not hesitate to use the “raise your hand” option during the sessions. The moderators will try to accommodate as many interventions as possible. As all the hybrid sessions will take place via Zoom, we highly recommend to ensure you have the most recent version of the app downloaded (tutorial here).
